INTRODUCTION
Safety is paramount when climbing and everyone, regardless of experience, must go through a basic induction and registration, before climbing.
Instructional sessions are available for anyone who feels they are not experienced or confident enough within their climbing skills or knowledge to look after themselves. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions which outlines our expectations for an experienced climber. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly to discuss things further.
For Adults with no previous climbing experience an instructional session needs to be completed, unless you are being looked after by an experienced / registered adult climber.
Our instructional sessions offer a basic taster experience of Bouldering (climbing without ropes) and Roped Climbing. If you are wanting to learn how to become a competent climber and look after yourself without the need of an instructor a Bouldering Induction is the recommended session to start with.
For Under 18’s it is essential an instructor session is booked. Only experienced adult climbers who register with us can look after under 18’s without the need of an instructor.
Instructional Sessions
Suitable from 4 years old through to adult climbers. These sessions offer a flexible and personal approach to help progress your climbing journey.
- Available for between 1 - 2 people for a set price.
- For groups of 3 or more climbers the price is set per person.
- Choose between, 30 mins / 60 mins / 90 mins or 120 mins.
- Tailor made to focus on what you want to do or learn;
- A fun , general climbing taster session for bouldering and roped climbing, suitable for all ages and abilities.
- Bouldering Induction for adults only who are looking to become independent registered climbers.
- All kit is included in the price.
- Sessions can be booked during our public opening hours at your convenience and our availability.

FOR 1 - 2 PEOPLE IN A SESSION, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN & ADULT PARTICIPANTS
£20.00 - 30 Minutes: Most suitable for ages 4-6 years
£30.00 - 60 Minutes: Mostly suitable for 7 years upwards, younger active children, and adults.
£45.00 - 90 Minutes: For Teens and Adults looking to learn and build on their skills.
